I got tomtom gps as a gift which i didn't need and wanted to return it went to cape gate with the till slip when i got to customer service they said i must 1st take it to the floor so they can check it so the guy on the floor asked for the till slip and said i could get my money as all was in order and the gps was bought 7days ago. So i return to customer service only for the casher to tell me that R300 was bought on gift voucher so she will give me a voucher. I said i dont want a voucher but the cash she then called the manger his attitude was bad said a voucher i all ill get and if i don't like it tough then ill just have to keep the gps.
