We had received as a wedding gift a R500 gift voucher in September 2012. The terms and conditions state that the voucher is valid for 3 years. When attempting to use this voucher, a problem was encountered. We had attempted to get this sorted out 3 times with various different people but to no avail. We always get the response that admin is closed. We do not expect this level of service from such a huge retail group!
