I bought a game voucher and later decided to use the money to pay off my game account. i was told that i cannot use my voucher to make a payment i can only buy with it. i wanted to know the difference between buying now or paying for what i have already bought and what is the difference in paying with a voucher or cash. after waiting for a long time and some arguments, i was told that the manager has agreed to accept my voucher. what worries me most is the attitude of some of the staff who were looking and talking to me as if i need their favours. even after the manager said yes i could still hear some staff members saying that they are not going to help me until the procedure is changed. i was also shown a lot of procedures that the staff claim that it support their argument and i find that their interpretation was not right. after that i logged a complain about my experience through their website, now is about 4 weeks nobody has ever come back to me. all i wanted to know the procedure or rules to be used when using game voucher.
