Not clearifing the contract terms

The sales consultant at The Unlimited came by at my working selling the Heli-rescue policy. The consultant informed me and my friend that when joining the policy, we will get a R200.00 voucher that we can use for buying DVD/CD and Games. Now when i try to use the voucher on the error massage pops saying that i have to select another CD, then i called their customer care and that's when a lady told me that to qualify to use the voucher i have to buy a CD/DVD or a GAME, she then told me that the voucher will be redeemed for the less expensive product that i choose and they will pay for the less expensive. Secondly when i joined 05.03.2013 i called the customer care with regards to this Heli-rescue with one on the call centre lady but the lady didn't have information with regards to Heli-rescue policy then she said she'll send me a Woolworths voucher
and now i'm still waiting the voucher.
