This is the THIRD time I am posting a complaint about Verimark. My complaint is still not resolved!!!
After I logged 2 complaints about Palesa, her manager phoned me and promised me feedback by 6 December, one month later, I still have not received ANY feedback! I no longer wish to speak to him, I want his Manager to contact me.
They keep on ignoring me and do not want to sort out my issue which has been logged more than 4 months ago...
This is not acceptable and if I do not get this matter resolved by close of business today, I will go the the media with this.
