ITC and not my fault

Joshua Doore told me my account was in arrears by 5000 which it was not as i had my slips!! faxed it threw they had credited somebody else s account with my money well matter was fixed but yet they still put me on itc and tell it take 21 day to sort out well that is unacceptable as it was not my fault it is there's does anybody know what they are doing in that company

had enough! they have caused me more stress than anything else and all they can say is sorry
