I bought tv and some other stuff with a contract of 6 month. Two months later i decided to settle my account, a month later the consultant give me a call, saying i have arrears on my account, i need to pay as soon as possible. i explained to him how i paid my account, he then advised me to go back to the store with my receipt so that they can clear the arrears. That was March 2013. Few days ago i went to the and request a trasaction, the consultant replied; 'Go settle ur account at Joshua doore you arrears outstanding'... I could nt believe it, he showed me screen, my account is still active. when i call the retail they say itc did not update. Joshua doore s service is really pathetic.
