Poor customer care

We bought a base and mattress on the 27th dec 2013 and we were told in store that we will receive delivery on Monday the 30th dec 2013. The warehouse called to say the bed can only be delivered on the 31st dec 2013 which did not happen. We have been calling the store and the warehouse with no positive action. Till today late in the afternoon after many calls to the branch no delivery has been made. We are very disappointed since we also gotten rid of our old bed with hopes that we will receive our bed as promised but that's is yet to happen and we paid cash trusting that everything will go smooth. This is not acceptable
