I called Joshua Doore customer care Line this morning & talked to Duncan. the complaint was regarding a payment that was done @ STD Bank to Joshua Doore Acc/Ref No. 287038. Joshua Doore doesn't want to deliver Goods. I explained the matter to Duncan & he gave me bad attitude & Hung-up the phone on my ear. I called again at 8:50 & asked to talk to the supervisor, he said he was not going to let me talk to him.
