And appalling client service

Our staff member approached us on 7th January 2014 to say that someone from Joshua Doore's department had called her & said she was owing them R9000.
She explained that she had never opened an account with Joshua Doore (in fact had never had a bank account before, until this January) and that she had had her ID doc in March 2013 (which she reported to the police)
She was told it was not Joshua Doore's problem & she was to pay the outstanding amount.
She then went to the nearest branch in Stanger to try & sort it out (with a new police affidavit) & she was told by the Stanger branch that it was not THEIR problem & she was to go to the West Street branch to sort out the matter.
We emailed customer service dpt 09/01/14 & a staff member Boitumelo Makhene, Customer Care Consultant [Email Removed] sent his complaint on to the " post invoice" address.
This is the last we have heard.
She then took a day off work &went to West St branch & saw that the ID given had NO PICTURE
It is completely unacceptable that an innocent person must run around attempting to prove her innocence when clearly the fault is with the company's inability to clear clients & prevent
