I booked in my watch over 8 weeks ago (1 November 2013) for a battery replacement of which I was told that it would take between 6-7 weeks. This is also a very long time for removing a battery, inserting a new one for an ANALOGUE watch, I however waited upon that. My brother has gone in person, I have called on numerous occasions to be given different reasons all the time. From being asked for a reference number, when I give it they tell me it's a watch number but there is nothing else on my slip to how it will be back in a few days time, today I was told that the Sandton repair center is closed. I am slowly losing my cool and am avoiding being a tantrum customer. I would say that I have been patient, but the constant breach of verbal contract is also getting to me.
