On the 06/10/2013, I purchased stuff to the value of R3000.00 and off which Two X 20 L white paint, which was out off stock, but was told to pay for it and once the stock is received i will be called to collect it, NEVER CALLED WHY???
I wend to the store on the 24/12/2013 to collect my Two X 20 L with my collection slip from the 06/10/2013 and was told that the paints was collected already, HOW WAS THIS DONE??? WHEN I GOT MY COLLECTION SLIP IN MY HAND AND I DIDN'T COLLECT MY PAINTS, PLEASE EXPLAIN???
I had to wait for over two hours in the store, for the so called management to check, what the was going on!!!
After my ordeal waiting, some one decided to check the actual stock to what was on the computer and a surplus was found!!!
I pay for my stuff, and to get treated like because builders express can't keep proper records is a bad joke
Does no one do follow ups and stock taking, what a Joke???
I send an email to to [Email Removed] ON THE 24/12/2013, REQUESTING A CALL FROM THE MD OR CEO AND LUCY-ANN STUURMAN WANTS TO KNOW WHICH BRANCH CAUSED THE PROBLEM!!!
SEND ANOTHER EMAIL TODAY AT 12:32PM!!! PLEASE EXPLAIN WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?
