I was last week in Balliito on holiday and decided to go to Gateway centre. Last year when i was there i asked if they can order me a part (the part that you turn to set the time) for my watch and the lady said that they cant and i must buy a new watch. Thus year i decided to give them another change and took my watch for a battery. When the lady took my watch she said she will phone me to come and get it. Then when she phoned, i went and collect it and paid the R30 for the battey (which i dont mind to pay for the battery) later that day when i looked at the watch she didnt set the time and i cant. Eventually i set the time but now my watch is losing time as if the battery is flat. In the last 7days i have set my watch 5times. Im very unhappy with the service and dont think i will tell anyone to buy a swatch watch.
