I took my watch in for a battery replacement 3 weeks ago (23 Feb 2013) then my watch stopped working on the 26th for no reason, when i phoned that afternoon to let them know they said we will have to take a look if it is our battery that is in your watch (with attitude!) then we took the watch back on the 2nd of March they said nothing is wrong with the battery. So then my watched stopped working again this week, took it back today (9th March 2013) then once again i got attitude after telling him it stopped again. They said to me why did you bring in the watch the 1st time? My reply for the battery! They reply so then??? There was nothing wrong with my watch (at all) when it went in the 1st time was working fine for a year after they handled it the problem started! They will not see me every again! Rally bad costumer service and not to talk about the bad attitude!!!
