I went to woolies in the 23 December 2013 to pay my husband account, I have tried to swipe it fist and the consultant told me that it did not went through and called Julia the supervisor, Julia told me that i will get my money the following day on the 24.12.2013 which never happen and she told me that if i don't get it i must bring the bank statement.

I went to the bank on the 27.12.2013 they said the money it does not reflect and i had to go back again to the bank and on 28.12.2013 and still they have told me that just because on the statements it does not show that the money went off on 23 but only on the 25 they won't be able to refund and i have already lost R33 already for bank charges. They have also told me that i must come back on Thursday as the person who is responsible for accounts she is currently on leave, I have a prove from the bank but still they can't help me with my money
