24 hours turned 32 days

On the 12th of June 2013 I went to he bellville branch to close my acc, I was told to come back on Friday 14th
so I went to the Parow centre branch a Lady told me that I am going to get my money within 24 hours on the 16 of June which didn't happen
so this morning (18 June) I went back to the bellville branch I was told to bring a prove that I need this money urgently or I am going to get my money within 32 days
I told the consultant that I am closing my accounts with the bank he said still I need to bring the proof

I Need my money and I am not prepered to wait for 32 days
