Hi im mac-donald i have an investment with my bank fnb, on the 1june 2013 i went to my bank to claim my investment money and it went well they told me to expect it on the 29 june 2013 and i waited but the money didn't click so i went back to my bank as i was i very need of that money but the fnb consultant told me that the money was transferd into my old bank account at standard bank wich i longtime closed and opened an fnb account, so they told me to go to standard to tell them about that inconviniece.they helped me at standard bank but to procces will take up to 14 days ok i waited for that 14 days and on the 22 JULY 2013 i went back to the bank to see what was happening and the consultant told me that i have to reclaim the money again and it will click on my phone on the 22 AUGUST2013 it didnt as promised so i went back to fnb this time i requested to see the mananger but the mananger wasnt available so i met with a superviser n guess what he told me, he told me that their system is slow can u believe that.
