9 October 2013 - I place an order (back order) for Visual Art Diaries.
17 October 2013 - Confirmation of the placed order was received with reassurance that the invoice would follow shortly.
25 November 2013 - I was informed the stock was arriving within the next week and I would get the invoice then.
4 and 5 December 2013 - reminders sent to the company to please invoice so that I can get my order.
30 December 2013 - STILL no invoice
I will never do business with this incompetent grown ever again.
