I haven't received my R62.11 in my bank which i was promised it well be reimbursed after cancelling a contract Moernier de Vries is responsible. if u have paid it out please send me prove cause in my bank statement it doesn't reflect. i have prove that was sent to me on the 10 -10 -2013 to say that i will be reimbursed that i should start counting 7-14 days starts from that date when the prove was sent, and 7-14 has already passed. I have sent Moernier de Vries the bank statement to show that I did not receive my money. Can i please have my money back
