Where can i start... about 3weeks go my husband wanted to withdraw money from his Capitec Bank Account but saw that it was empty .. he went inside to query the problem and they said his bank card was duplicated and some one withdraw all the money from his account, they will investigate it and can't even tell him where that money was withdraw..but to this day no one came back with any news or how they will resolve this problem. The on the 7.6.2013 he did an EFT to another party, the money went out his bank account and then just disappeared never getting to the people he was suppose to pay... there answer sorry can't help you and can't even give an explanation on where the money went. So no in a months time me lost over R6000. I am not going to leave it at this, i need to get an answer from Capitec bank and they must give my money back. This problem does not happen at any other bank. I Will never recommend Capitec Bank to any one never never. After this is resolved i will also go to another bank.
