I purchased a dstv decoder at House & Home and their
installer is Aerial king, I phoned Aerial king on Friday
23/12/2013 to schedule the installation and I was informed
that their turn around time is 48hrs therefore they will
send someone to install it on Friday 27/12/2013. Since then
I did not get any call from them the entire day and I
decided to call again and make a follow up around 12 pm.
And I am very annoyed with their service and the Call Centre of the installer, those people have bad customer service towards customers, rudeness is the language.
I am forwarding this complaint to House & Home because
that is who I paid, please deal with your installer. I want
my dstv connected asap.
