Aerial king's bad service

I purchased a dstv decoder at House & Home and their installer is Aerial king, I phoned Aerial king on Friday 06/09 to schedule the installation and I was informed that their turn around time is 48hrs therefore they will send someone to install it on Monday 09/09. Yesterday I did not get any call from them the entire day and I decided to call again and make a follow up around 3pm. I phoned and was asked to call Judy as she is the one dealing with my area (cape town-bellville), I called her several times until 4pm but there was no answer. Now I was, in the first place it was not my duty to phone Judy, secondly I have been using my airtime! I phoned aerial king again this morning and the lady who picked up the phone after I relayed my unhappiness with their service and delay decided to rather give me Judy's cell number so that I can contact her cellphone hence she is not answering the land line! Words cannot begin to describe how angry and disgusted I am right now.

I am forwarding this complaint to House&Home because that is who I paid, please deal with your installer. I want my dstv connected asap.
