DSTV INSTALLATION NOT DONE FOR OVER A WEEK

My wife bought a DSTV decoder on the 19th of December 2013 and the installation was meant to be done by Aerial King. We were assisted by a consultant named Jabu from House and Home. He advised my wife the installation will be done the following day, unfortunately we did not have electricity when they called thus they could not install it. We understood because of the electricity it could not be done and we went to the store on the 21st for a follow up and Jabu told us that he will try to get the installer to do it the following day, the installer never came. We called Jabu on the 23rd and he said he would get back to my wife in 10min, which he never did. I decided to call him after an hour from when my wife called and he informed me he can't get hold of the installer. He gave me the installer's number and asked me to contact her (Mrs Hendricks). The installer's phone was off. On the 24th I called and asked to speak to the manager, I informed him about the poor customer service I am receiving and he asked who was assisting me and put me back to Jabu to assist me yet again. The installation still has not been done and no one is assisting me I regards to this issue.
