I purchased a decoder at House and Home in Fourways on the 2nd of September. The decoder comes with a installation voucher from Aerial King. I called Aerial King the day after I bought the decoder because their offices were already closed by the time when I purchased the decoder. The lady who helped me was a little abrupt but I did not have a problem with that because she took my address and contact number and told me that an installer will contact me within a turn around time of 2 days. Their installer called me a day or two after to arrange when to come do the installation. I asked him till what time do they work and he told 8:00 to 4:00PM, so I asked if he would come on Saturday morning and he said Yes. I called him (the installer) on friday to confirm if he will be able to come on Saturday before 10:00am and he said Yes again. It is now 11:30am and he has still not come. What upsets me even more is that when I tried calling him earlier today without answering his phone he just hung-up and when I tried to call again his phone was off. I have tried to call Aerial King's office three times now and there is no answer. Aerial King please bring my dish. Asseblief tog
