I Spoke to the Aerial King on the 23rd of Dec 2013 at 8:31 AM to schedule a DSTV installation at my House, the lady whom I spoke to assured me that they will send an installer to my home either on the same day or the next. Today which is the 24th of Dec 2013, I called Aerial king to find out if an installer will be coming or not, they the told me that most definitely an installer will come to my house but the problem is no one came and I never received even a call to at least let me know what is happening.
When I make an attempt to call them I get a message that says the number I have dialed cannot be reached, so now I will have to spend Christmas with my DSTV working.
