Bought a Dstv decoder with full installation voucher (20/04/2013), I phoned the call centre (22/04/2013) they promised it will be installed within the week.
Phone the call centre again 29/04/2013 the lady said she will make the booking for today (29/04/2013) and again no one phoned.
I've made arrangements for someone to be at my house in case the installer phones no one phoned and here I am still waiting.
I have inconvenient people waiting the whole day for the installer
Greatly disappointed.
