Wanted to return an item and despite section 28 of the Consumer Protection Act which entitles me to a total refund within 30 days I was there 7 days after the purchase was made and they still refused to give me my money back. I was forced to try and explain my rights to the owner who wouldn't give me the chance of day to voice my rights, stil chased out of the shop with the same dress in hand. Just think if you're going to not comply with law atleast I am entitled to respect. Not being chased out and treated like a dog.
