No Customer Service Whatsoeve

On the 14th December 2013, I purchased a Zappa DSTV decoder with a full installation voucher from House and Home Blue Route Mall. On the 17th December 2013, I called the Aerial King call centre number found on the voucher to schedule the installation and was informed that an installer will contact me within two working days. A week went by and no one had contacted me. I then called the Cape Town branch and spoke to Judy who advised that on their records, no installation was scheduled in connection with the specific serial number, and that she will prioritize the installation for that same day. Another week went by and still no communication from anyone. I called the call centre at 8:15am today (30 Dec 13), complained about the lack of service to a lady by the name of "Baries", who advised that she will contact the Cape Town branch regarding the matter and will revert back to me in the next 10 minutes. Its been 4 hours later and still no contact. I have never received such bad customer service!! 3 weeks later and still no installation! Aerial King has put their name to shame!
