I bought a cellphone at Edgars Westgate Mall and after three weeks gave problems and took it back, and after a month of waiting they realized that they sent the phone to Vodacom and not MTN (their mistake). Waited another week and they sent it to MTN. Two days after receiving the phone back it gave the same problem again. went back to Edgars, left my number with one of the other managers who told me that Miles the store manager will call me back that same morning, never happened. went there this morning, no apology from Miles. what am I supposed to do with this problem phone as I don't want it anymore as it keeps on giving problems???
