Good day, i recently bought a cell phone Samsung galaxy s3 mini at Edgars stores Westgate in Mitchells Plain. I acknowledge recieving a sealed unit and the agreement the store have with its cell phone operator about after seven days any problem which may occur i can bring back the phone at no cost and have it replaced with a new unit. Unfortunately after 9 days the phone started giving me problems when i lock the phone the screen is suppose to turn black but mine is grey with lines running accros the screen. I took it back to the store where i bought it and ask the manager for my money back which he refused and wanted to have a brand new phone sent away for repairs which i do not want. What can i do?
