I bought a blackberry at the Menlyn branch about a month ago and was told I had seven days to return it if it gave me problems. I did insure it. The problem started after the seven days as my phone keeps overheating for no apparent reason and the battery drains and it switches off even when it says its half full. I just want to know what I should do now since I can't use this phone its really giving me problems and the seven days elapsed so how can Edgars help me with this now? I use vodacom. Thanks.
