To whom this May concern
On Saturday the 28th December around 16:00 I entered the American Swiss store at the Loch Logan Waterfront Bloemfontein, wanting to purchase a ring and was interested in one of the rings in the love diamond cubicle with a less 25% sign in it upon my enquiry about the sale a guy by the name of Thuli removed the less 25% sign I was really interested in one of those rings since I saw the discount as I am looking for a engagement ring.
As a long standing customer and an account holder I feel I have the right to get the less 25% as I saw it in the display.
I called customer care spoke to a lady Gayle she just told me the sale is over that's it an the personnel were in the process of taking the signs off this was around 16:00 Saturday does it take the whole day to take the signs off
Funny how when I got there it could be removed in seconds
If this is the way customers get treated I might as well close my account
