FAULTY PHONE

On the 14th Feb I bought a Blackberry 9300 at Edgars, the phone kept freezing and wouldnt charger properly so my boyfriend took it back on the 22nd and they exchanged the phone. That phone started giving me the same problems so we took it back on Sunday. The person in the store said that there was nothing wrong with the phone and wouldnt assist us. We then went straight down to the Vodacom store where they immediately picked up a fault and said it needed a software upgrade. I am now sitting with a faulty phone and Edgars will not assist.
