I ordered a platter online from Pick n Pay and paid through internet banking. They called me and said they only deliver in Gauteng and have to cancel the order, which I understand. I waited to get my money back, but nothing happened, so I phoned them and they asked for a proof of payment. I faxed it to them 3 times and still have not heard from them or received my money back.
Either return my money or give me the service I paid for.
