On the 12th of April 2013 I wrote a report about how the staff at Markham refused to help repair my Blackberry Torch which I had purchase in August the previous year. 2 weeks later they had given me a 'new phone' since the old one could not be repaired. To my surprise the new phone was actually refurbished.

Its 25th of December 2013 and while most people are receiving phone calls and Christmas messages from their friends and family I'm sitting without a phone yet again. 8 months into the supposedly new Blackberry and it has crashed! How is it fair that one can purchase a phone for R5000 and a few months down the line its as good as a dummy. I know that most Blackberry users can understand my frustration.

Why is Markham supporting Blackberry and selling us damaged goods? I am angry because I am a loyal customer to this store and have never missed any account payments, but this is the thanks I get? I cannot wait to close this account! I'm tired of receiving the short end of the stick!
