No sign of watch

Beginning of December I purchased a fossil watch (Dean Leather Watch - Dark Brown FS4543) of R1, 999-00 on [URL Removed] I paid it with my credit card, received the email to say everything is in order. It was sent to my father's work address. When my parents received it, they opened the sealed courier bag and stored the box in the safe - not knowing that it is only a pack of notebooks. You can only imagine the shock when my husband opened it on Christmas day 2012, only to discover there is no watch. On 4 January 2013, as soon as I arrived home, I emailed them regarding this. Elricka De Jager was very kind and helpful. After many emails and phonecalls to figure out what have become of the watch, they confirmed on 8 January that they will sent the watch for me. Haven't heard from her since then. I have emailde her on 28 January asking where the watch is, and haven't gotten a reply. I am quite sick and tired of this. Now I am not so sure if I want the watch anymore after all this poor service.
