A colleague of mine was bought a Blackberry from Festival Mall - only to have MTN cut the phone off shortly thereafter. The reason given was that the phone was Blacklisted and indeed.
This is NOT the kind of ethic that is expected of a large retail group - and needs to be resolved ASAP.
This is clearly in violation of the CPA.
