Don't want to give refund
I purchased certain items in September. I told the cashier that I am buying it for someone as a gift and I will only be able to give it to them in December as the person lives in Cape Town. I then asked if I had to return the products if I would be able to do so in December, after which he told me that there will be no problem. When I wanted to return the products (with till slip and original price tags), they told me that they don't refund because it is longer than a month ago. No where in the shop, on the items, on the till slips is it stated that they only refund before a month. If there is no return policy visible to the customer eye, they can not force it on the customer.
