I bought a couple of clothing items on my debit card, one of the items was to small and I asked my husband to return it for me during his lunch time. I gave him the slip, and the item with its price tags still attached. Woolworths refused to give him a refund, stating they need the card that the clothes were purchased on, according to them it is the woolworths law! In my life I have never heard of such nonsense. For my stork tea I received double items from Ackermans, and returned it even without purchase slips. If they can do it, why is woolworths so stuck up? They wasted my time, and I am still sitting with this item unrefunded. NOT IMPRESSED!
