I wanted to return my clothes that I purchased with their tags still on and the original slip and I got told that due to the items being presently on sale and due to the return date being passed they wanted to refund me 1 cent for my belt and R36 for my dress. I returned a purchase previously where it was over a long period and there were no hassles. If woolworths has come to this extent of a simple return, I can clearly see why many people I know refuse to shop there!!!
