I have just tired to return a couple of children's tops that I received as a gift for my son, They are still in very good condition, with the Woolies label attached (price removed). I was told by the customer services assistant and store manager that a refund/swap was impossible because the items were no longer on the system... and the couldn't find a price and even if I did have a till slip they could do anything, BECAUSE the items weren't on the system... I followed up with head office and was given the same sob story "The computer says' NO"... please refer to your till slip and website. REALLY? what BS.
Woolies you really telling me you don't keep historical data? no paper trial? Thank you for make your problem mine... I will vote with my feet, please point me in the direction of Mr Price...
