I have bought a few items in Jan I needed to return them reason being my wife girlfriend bought the exact same thing I went to the store at the Glen with the items I was approached by the assistant manager who told me if I told have the slip she cant refund me and she will not go look at all the slips its my fault and she walked away I was furious at the service at this time a teller helped me she said I need the slip for the refund I mean all the tags are on I dont see a problem and other thing you guys have a BIG sign saying if you unhappy with your purchase please bring it back to return or a re-fund it says nothing about the till slip why do false ad's on the walls if someone can help me get a refund i will be very thankful.
