I went in to the La Lucia branch on 21 December, The Sally Hansen products were advertised on sale, I asked the cosmectic manager which items where on sale as the prices had not been changed on the shelf. She checked with the store manager Grant who advised the new stock hasnt arrived and the ones on the shelf were on sale. She then proceeded to take both my items and check the price.she came back and told me the prices of both were R49.99 each -Sally Hansen Maximum Growth/Strength. I still asked if shes sure, she proceeded to take off the price tag of both the items, handed me a piece of paper with a barcode for the new price as she stated the pricese have not been changed on the system, I proceeded to the checkout till for payment. When I checked my slip i noticed the 2 Sally hansen products were charged full price. I went back to the Cosmetic manager who began to and state she never told me these items were on special. The store manager was approached and response to me was I dont have time to argue with you, I am utterly disgusted the way in which the store manager handled the situation even though hes staff was wrong. Will never shop there again. Pathetic customer service!!!
