On Friday 13th December at 13:48 I ordered from Takealot..it said my parcel would be delivered by the 19th. I got a email that said my parcel is ready and they would send me a tracking nr which I didnt received. I send them a email on the 18th and asked what my tracking nr was. Zelpha Jacobs answered me, she was so sorry that no one send me the number and gave me the tracking nr and said my parcel is ready for collection at the post office. I took the nr and went to the post office and they said my parcel is not there it is in JHB. I mailed Zelpha again, she said they will look into the problem and let me know. Its been 3 days and numerous emails later and now I am been ignored. They just dont answer my emails. The parcel is still in JHB. This is a Christmas gift for my daughter and we are leaving on holiday today which means she will be without a gift on Christmas. I just checked the tracking number on the SAPO track and trace website and my parcel is still in JHB. I'm so disappointed. At least have the decency to answer me and tell me whats going on and what are you going to do about this problem. But they have their money now so they dont care about a dissatisfied customer.
