Late delivery and shocking service

The online store is shocking! Items show as 'in stock' and then a day after ordering we receive a phone call saying no stock. Has Woolworths not heard of live tracking of stock? Its not a new thing - many online stores have it available!
They don't deliver during the time period... and I'm still waiting for an order!
Phoning customer service does not help, there is not enough information on their system. I phoned on the 20th (in the evening) and that agent was helpful, but she needed to phone Cavendish to find out about the clothing delivery. Only after I spoke to her was an email received saying the order is slightly delayed. I tried to phone on the 21st and after 10 minutes of hearing 'your call is important to us' it rang through to a customer agent (I could hear noise in the background) and they put the phone down!
Really disappointed in their shoddy service!
