On 8/02/2013 I post a parcel to my daughter in Australia at the Post Office in Sasolburg. The parcel went via shipping and the tracking number is CN 003 077 383 ZA. Till date the parcel did not reach it's destination. When you track it on the internet all I get is "2013/02/11 12:41 JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) Insert item into bag Out" I phone the number on my receipt (0860 111 502). They informed me that the parcel left South Africa on 12/02/2013. On 18/06/2013 I went to the Sasolburg Branch to fill in an enquiry form so they can investigate where the parcel is. The lady informed me to phone 011 976 6000 and asked for the new tracking number. As soon as the parcel left South Africa it gets a new tracking number. I spend over R120 trying to get through to the number. They told me to hold and after every 10 minutes they cut me off and i had to phone again to be cut off again. I lock into ems.sapo, co, za and lodge an enquiry. On 19/02/2013 I get a response from Monica Lynch at [Email Removed] that se forward my enquiry to [Email Removed] Till now I did not get any response on (did the parcel left South Africa and what is the new tracking number?).
