Defective tracking numbers item lost

I mailed an item via speed services on Wednesday last week, overnight service. The next day the parcel was not there and the tracking number on the waybill was invalid. After several phone calls i was told that all the Tracking numbers starting with TC were defective.and that the parcel should be at the destination. -- I went to the destination, it was not there. I then phoned all applicable branches and call centres where i was informed that the parcel would be updated with a new tracking number as soon as it arrives at the destination and that i will be phoned with the new tracking number. It is now monday i made calls again since you never get phoned back... Same story and no one knows where the parcel is, It is a christmas gift of R900 and now? Mo one knows where it is it has vanished. Is this their way of doing christmas shopping? by giving defective tracking numbers and then losing the parcel. Surely it should have been there by last week.

I want this resolved, this is unacceptable, and it is. You gave me a defective waybill and lost my parcel
