Lost laybye

I made a laybye on the 30th Oct 2013 and on the 17th Dec i went to pay the balance and to get the items i bought but iwas told that my laybye was lost they cant find it anywhere in the store and i must go look for other items on the floor. i spoke to the manager Puseletso and told him to get back the items i bought from other branches since it was not my fault they lost the laybye and i was still within our laybye agreement. He promised to get them by friday 20 Dec but since then i havent recieved anything from them they only called on the 19 Dec to tell me that the 3 items i "requested" from Eastgate have arrived and i told them i didnt request any items i am waiting for the clothes i laybyed from them and it was more than 10 items. The person i spoke to said he'll come back to me the next day but hasnt since.
I am very disappointed at the way they treated me about this whole situation and no one is taking responsibility they all passing the buck. This is such an inconvieniance cause i bought those clothes for my holiday trip so now im waiting for them to get back at me and no one is even calling to update me whether im getting the clothes or not or if anything is done about it.
