Good day. I bought a microwave 23 June 2013. Microwave overhead trip the power. I report it to the salesman called Lucky Maboea. Instructed me to bring it in and will send it for repairs. I paid cash for sumsung m/w ms 405mad model item no. AP 01415 amount R1299.00. Drop the microwave on the 12 November 2013. Make follow ups after 2 weeks. Don't retured my calls. Pass the buck to Samsung. Went there report the bad service to their boss Mr Ozayer. Was not interested in my complain. He will follow up and will return my call. I am still waiting. 2 days later they called and the microwave is ready for collection. We discover that the microwave has been damaged. Full of dends. The door does not closed properly. Screws were missing at the back and they left screws insite of the microwave.
I report it immediatly. Must bring it back to the store. Still no feedback from them. Left me in the dark blamed Samsung. Not my problem . send me from pillor to post.
