EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE

I put clothes on laybye with an expiry date that fell on the 8th of July 2013. When I went on the 5th of July to redeem the clothes I was informed that the clothes were taken off the laybye rack and back onto the floor. Reason being I did not make a payment every month. I did not know that was the case because I was not informed. What impressed me is that I was upset & emotional cos I needed the clothes for my kids. They did not become defensive or rude, they assured me that it is the policy, no minimum payment in the 3 months laybye discharged. They went out of their way to find the clothes on the floor again, those that were already bought they tried so hard to find similar items. The manager on the day admitted to them being at fault that the teller did not inform me on the first day and she politely pointed out my fault for not reading the terms and conditions on the laybye slip and of course it is clearly stipulated. I want to thank them for their courtesy, for supporting each other as a team, for their friendliness. None of them was angry or negative.By the way-they have the best fashion & style including availability & variety. Thank You Ladies I appreciate it so so much. Bless You
